Partner Management Programme

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Partner Programme as Trainees. This role involves participating in an intensive 6-12 month training program designed to provide cross-training in sales, leadership, and business administration. During the program, Trainees will receive mentorship, guidance, and support from seasoned professionals while acquiring essential skills and experience to prepare for leadership positions within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program focused on developing skills in sales, leadership, team management, and business operations.
  • Attend a variety of training sessions, workshops, and seminars led by industry experts and senior leaders.
  • Shadow experienced professionals across different functions: participate in sales processes for 4 weeks, engage in recruitment and training of new hires for 3-6 months, and then shadow senior management in business operations.
  • Support daily tasks and projects within the sales, operations, and business administration departments to help drive ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members on client campaigns and projects, offering ideas and insights to contribute to overall success.
  • Take on increasingly challenging roles and responsibilities as your skills and competencies grow throughout the program.

Compensation:

Salaries increase with each stage of progression, along with company profit sharing. Minimum Year 1 OTE is £45k, with an increase to £75k upon completion of the program.
